Fun days

We spent one day at Sea World, which was very cool. Mike and I neither one have ever been to any of the cool parks in Orlando, so we were thrilled to make it there!! Tucker was tall enough to ride one of the water rides, which actually a pretty good roller coaster. He had hilarious looks on his face going down the hills, but loved it and was ready to ride again!!The pic is on a roller coaster in the kiddieland part of Sea World. Ty was wide eyed even at the end of the night!!
The next day, we headed out to the Daytona International Speedway for a tour. We got on the track, into Victory Lane, and got to go up in the Nextel Tower. Mike was in redneck heaven!!!! Even Caitlyn, who was NOT thrilled with the thought of going to a Nascar track, told me she thought it was really neat to see. I don't think we've converted her to a full fledged fan yet though!!

And more.........

Don't get bored, but we have hundreds of pics, so I have to share a few!!

More kid pics

Here's several more pics of our beautiful kids!!

Spring Break

We went to Daytona Beach for Spring Break with all four kids. We had such a wonderful time. These pics are the first day on the beach and the view from our room.

New pics

Here's some pics of the boys at home. We've got Tucker practicing his bull riding technique on Daddy, the boys posing, Ty playing in his crib, and the result of too much tummy time!

Valentine's Day

We had a wonderful Cupid Day this year. Tucker had a great time making cookies with me-and doesn't he look great as a mini Pampered Chef?!

Pony Ride

We have started a new reward/incentive plan for Tucker, and his favorite reward that he is working for each week is a pony ride at a small ranch. These pics are of his first week there, and he was comfortable as could be on top of that pony. We also started actual riding lessons at another nearby ranch yesterday. I was amazed at everything they did with him on the first day, and especially since he's only four. They taught him the proper way to walk behind a horse, how to brush the horse and clean his feet, and they even let him take control of the reins by himself. When he made the pony, Mercury, walk all by himself, he was proud as a peacock. I was especially impressed, although a bit nervous, when they put him on a lungeline and made Mercury trot. Tucker held one arm in the air!! He did a great job and can't wait for next week!! He'll be ready to rodeo before we know it!

The boys.......

Since crawfish season is in, its about a weekly event at out house. Tucker loves them, and he has alot of fun with daddy preparing to eat them. Ty is just the happiest baby in the world. He smiles all the time, and doesn't fuss much at all. We are blessed!

More b-day pics

Tucker's 4th Birthday

I'm only a month behind the eight ball right now, but FINALLY, I'm putting up some new posts! For all of you that have mentioned ever so nicely to me that you've been waiting for new pics.......thanks for regularly checking, and here they are!!

We had a small Chuck E Cheese party with our friends the day before Tucker's birthday, where Tucker had a great time with Riley and Nate. We took him bowling on the big day and had a nice little party at home too. I can't believe he's four already!! Where does the time go?

Firsts........

We've experienced a few firsts here lately. First cereal feeding, first crawfish feed, and first time in the exersaucer. All went well, but as you can see, Tucker rather enjoyed just making the crawfish play. We were hoping a little dose of cereal for Ty would get him sleeping through the night. Its working!! (well, sorta!)

Hanging out

Just some pics of the boys hanging out at home. We haven't been up to much lately. Ty is growing like a weed, and doing more every day. Tucker keeps us laughing with his daily antics!

Finally.....new pics!

It's taken awhile to get back into the swing of things since our wonderful Christmas trip, but we're finally getting caught up. We visited Marta's family for nearly two weeks, and while it was great, it is nice to be back home and starting our routine again. As you can see, the boys enjoyed visiting with Santa. Especially Tucker, who had quite the list for him.

On Christmas Eve, Ty was baptized. Tucker was happy until we got up to the front of the church and he decided that he wanted to "unbaptize him".

Christmas morning was a blast, as Tucker is completely into the magic of Santa now. He really loved the fact that he got to open his presents AND Ty's.

We hope that everyone had a great Christmas season full of God's blessings. Have an awesome 2007, and remember to keep our troops in your prayers!

Fat boy

Took Ty to the doctor last week for his 2 month checkup. He was 15 lbs. 1 oz. and over 24 inches long!! He's a BIG boy! For those of you that knew Tucker at this age, he was just over 12 lbs., and we thought he was huge! Ty will be meeting Marta's family for the first time next week as we travel to Indiana for Christmas. He'll be half grown!
